No-Flour Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup raw organic sugar
• 1 egg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
Mix peanut butter and sugar well; add egg and vanilla. Drop onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Pumpkin Spice Bread

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 3⁄4 cup Better Batter gluten-free flour
• 3⁄4 cup of raw organic sugar
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup of coconut oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup pumpkin purée
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cloves
• 1⁄2 cup water

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Grease loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
