Ease and comfort are two ideal words when manufacturing equipment for the outdoor realm.
With those two words in mind, ALPS OutdoorZ has unveiled its hunting-based Crossfire Pack.
The Crossfire is a 2,325 cubic-inch multi-purpose pack that has a large main pocket, a large organizational pocket and a detachable front pocket.
The detachable pocket can be removed from the back of the Crossfire Pack and attached to the front of the shoulder straps and waist belt via included buckles if hunters want to keep the pack on. This allows hunters easy access to needed equipment without having to take the pack off.
With its own included shoulder strap, the detachable pocket can also be worn independently of the Crossfire Pack.
The Crossfire Pack also features a vented back to keep hunters cool while they’re conquering rugged terrain. The lightweight X-frame, padded shoulders straps and padded waist belt allow heavy loads to be easily and comfortably carried.
The pack includes a drop-down pocket to carry a bow or gun securely along with a webbing loop to attach a holster for a side arm.
There are also large zippered pockets on the waist belt and two mesh pockets to keep water bottles easily accessible.
The Crossfire Pack will be offered in brushed Realtree Xtra and Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity to keep hunters quiet and hidden in the woods.
With an MSRP of $139.99, the pack will hit retail shelves in the fall of 2014.
